What fails on a case is what travels: the shell, the wheels, the handle and the telescopic tubes. Each is repaired or replaced, the lining is renewed, and the whole case is deep cleaned before it goes back out.

  • Shell repairCracks and impact damage repaired from the inside where the strength actually is.
  • Wheel replacementThe part that fails first, replaced as a set so the case rolls straight rather than pulling.
  • Handle & telescopic repairSeized or bent telescopic tubes freed, straightened or replaced, and the release mechanism reset.
  • Lining replacementThe interior remade — usually the reason a good case is thrown away, and the easiest to put right.
  • Deep cleaningShell, lining and every seam cleaned out — a case carries where it has been.
