Quotation

There is no fixed price list. You send a short video of the piece; we reply with a written quotation. No work begins without your approval of that quotation.

Payment and invoicing

The invoice is issued after the full amount is paid, as stated at quotation.

Turnaround

Most work completes within 7–14 working days. Stated durations are estimates, not guarantees; complex restorations and parts sourcing can extend them, and we will tell you when they do.

Aged materials

Restoration works on materials that are already worn, aged, or previously treated. We use premium materials and precise colour matching, but the behaviour of aged leather, exotic skins and vintage hardware cannot be fully guaranteed, and liability is limited accordingly.

Contact and messaging

By giving us your telephone number — through the request form, in writing, or when handing in a piece — you agree that we may contact you about that piece by telephone and on WhatsApp.

Our WhatsApp number is a WhatsApp Business number provided through Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, which are between you and Meta. Standard carrier or data charges may apply at your end.

You can ask us to stop messaging you on WhatsApp at any time by replying STOP or by telling us directly, and we will contact you by telephone instead where we need to reach you about your piece.

WhatsApp is not a channel for urgent or emergency matters. Messages are read during workshop hours, and a message is not a confirmed booking until we have replied to confirm it.

Quotations, approvals and any agreement to proceed are recorded in your item file. Where a WhatsApp message and a written quotation differ, the quotation we have issued is the one that governs the work.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics runs only if you accept it, and Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookies, counts visits without identifying you — as described in our Privacy Policy. Refusing Google Analytics does not limit anything you can do on this site, and you can change your answer at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of any page.

Brand names

Brand names and logos identify the items we service. Hero Luxury is not affiliated with or endorsed by these houses.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery are available inside and outside the Sultanate, with additional fees quoted in advance.
