There is no fixed price list. You send a short video of the piece; we reply with a written quotation. No work begins without your approval of that quotation.

The invoice is issued after the full amount is paid, as stated at quotation.

Most work completes within 7–14 working days. Stated durations are estimates, not guarantees; complex restorations and parts sourcing can extend them, and we will tell you when they do.

Restoration works on materials that are already worn, aged, or previously treated. We use premium materials and precise colour matching, but the behaviour of aged leather, exotic skins and vintage hardware cannot be fully guaranteed, and liability is limited accordingly.

Pickup and delivery are available inside and outside the Sultanate, with additional fees quoted in advance.
