Full leather replacementWhere the upper is past saving, it is remade in leather matched to the original.
Heel tipsWorn tips replaced before the wear reaches the heel body, where the repair stops being simple.
Sole protectorsA thin protective layer fitted to a new sole so the original never touches the pavement.
Size extensionA tight pair eased by up to half a size on the last, gradually, without marking the leather.
